Dreamweaver Course, EEI Communications
January 10 and 11 I took a course Macromedia Dreamweaver II with Khaled Hadi at EEI Communications (Alexandria, VA location). The class was fantastic! In this course, we learned how to create Cascading Style Sheets, taking advantage of advanced site building features, site management, behaviors, interactivity, and customization.
Other topics include (quoted from website):
- Site building features of Dreamweaver
- Using CSS for layout and positioning
- CSS-based navigations
- Creating pop up menus and Windows
- Show/Hide CSS-based layers
- Working with snippets
- Advanced templating features in Dreamweaver
- Advanced code control
- Advanced layer techniques
- Customizing Dreamweaver
- Extensibility through third-party objects
Khaled was extremely knowledgeable, and the class was very well taught. They also have brand new Mac computers in their training room, which made the class even better (I'm really a novice when it comes to Macs).
I'm looking forward to using my new skills with Nina Chkhenkeli and Tim Woods on the Status & Trends website for Paul Dresler.
